PayPursue is an invoicing and payment reminder service for businesses. This policy explains what information we handle when you use PayPursue and why.
When you sign up we store your name, email address, business name, phone number, country, timezone, currency and preferences. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
You may add details about your own clients, such as names, companies, email addresses, phone numbers and billing addresses. You decide what to enter and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to share it with us. We process it only to provide the service to you.
We store the invoices you create, including line items, amounts, due dates, notes and status history such as when an invoice was sent or viewed.
When you record a payment we store the amount, date, method and any notes. PayPursue does not currently process card payments and does not store card numbers.
To write reminder emails, we send relevant invoice details (for example business name, client name, invoice number, amount and due date) to an AI model provider. This content is used to generate the reminder and is not used by us to build advertising profiles.
We send invoice emails, payment reminders and account notifications on your behalf through our email delivery provider. Recipients can unsubscribe from these emails using the link in each message. We also send account emails such as verification and password reset messages.
We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember settings such as light or dark mode. We do not use advertising cookies.
Data is encrypted in transit. Each account can only access its own records, and public invoice links use long random tokens. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete clients and invoices at any time. To delete your account and its data, contact us.
We use providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, email delivery and AI text generation. They process data only to provide those services to us.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request.
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top when we do.
