PayPursue provides invoicing and accounts receivable automation: creating invoices, sharing them with your clients, and sending payment reminders on your behalf. By using PayPursue you agree to these terms.
PayPursue does not collect debts, act as your agent in disputes, or contact your clients in its own name. Reminders are sent on behalf of your business.
You are responsible for the invoices you send and for the accuracy and legality of every payment request, including amounts, taxes and due dates. You are responsible for having permission to contact the clients you add, and for complying with laws that apply to your business.
Do not use PayPursue to send spam, to send invoices for goods or services that were not provided, or for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
Do not use PayPursue to harass, threaten or intimidate anyone. Reminder messages must stay professional. We may stop reminders or suspend accounts that are used abusively.
Details of paid subscriptions, billing, renewals and refunds will be added here before paid plans become available.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put other users at risk, or harm our email reputation. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.
We work to keep PayPursue available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change over time.
To the extent the law allows, PayPursue is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or unpaid invoices. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
PayPursue and its software, design and branding belong to us. You keep ownership of the content you add, and you give us permission to use it only to run the service for you.
You can stop using PayPursue at any time. We may end these terms if you break them. Sections that by nature should continue will survive termination.
